Quick answer: Choose towels for the coverage guests need and bathrobes for their fit and intended use. Then compare color, decoration and care requirements together. A coordinated appearance does not mean the two products should share one specification.
What will your guests actually use?
Start with the setting: a guest bathroom, changing area or SPA lounge. Decide which items are useful there before choosing a matching range. A towel used to wrap around the body has different coverage needs from one used for hands or a treatment surface.
For robes, consider how guests will put them on, move and sit. Keep a separate line for each product, size and variation so that a set name does not hide what you are buying.

How do you check towel coverage and robe fit?
Use unfolded towel dimensions rather than relying on names such as “bath towel.” For robes, ask for garment measurements and the measurement method. “One size” does not explain the fit for your intended guests.
| Item | What to check in a sample |
|---|---|
| Towel | Usable length and width, coverage and handling. Compare weight on the same basis. |
| Bathrobe | Body width, front overlap, robe length, sleeve length and ease of movement. |
| Both | Composition, construction, decoration and the proposed care instructions. |
A larger towel can weigh more without having a higher GSM. Our towel size, GSM and piece-weight guide explains the comparison without treating weight as a quality score.
How can you coordinate color and logos?
Compare physical samples side by side under the same lighting. When specifying a color, provide the full Pantone reference, including its suffix, if available. Different fabric surfaces still need visual comparison; a screen image or code alone does not confirm the finished match.
Confirm the logo size, orientation and position on each item separately. A position that works near a towel edge may not suit a robe chest. The SPA towel project shows why towel and embroidery instructions need separate attention.
What should you check before choosing the set?
Review size, feel, color, logo placement and care together. Record which details are accepted and which need revision. If laundering is part of sample review, agree the procedure and acceptance criteria first.

Check each product’s care instructions against your laundry arrangements rather than assuming everything can be washed together. Plan quantities around expected use, laundry turnaround and storage. There is no single spare-stock number that fits every property.
Use the sourcing checklist to confirm sample approval, packaging and quotation terms.
